Things are really different now. Since we already have a super duper adorable son, most of time, my husband and I go out with him or with the family. Last weekend, we went out to Kurt’s company outing: the Phoenix Family Fun Day.
This was actually my nth time to go to Enchanted Kingdom. The last time was 2014 when Kurt and I were still bf/gf. How time flies. Now, we have Kean to celebrate everything about us.
HOW TO GET THERE:
You have options to select on how to go to Enchanted Kingdom in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. I found this website where you can check the means of transportation by commuting: http://www.ph-commute.com/2008/02/how-to-commute-to-sta-rosa-laguna.html
We took a car going to Sta. Rosa because it’s more convenient and we always bring lots of stuff when Kean is around.

We went there at 11:00 in the morning, it was scorching hot. There were lots of people waiting on the gate. We got our passes and proceeded inside to start the fun!
We just strolled and I took photos for souvenirs. We attempted to ride Kean on the carousel but ended up sitting on the bench since they didn’t allow babies riding on horses. Yeah, safety precautions.
WHERE TO EAT:
There are restaurants inside Enchanted Kingdom. Luckily, we got food stab for 2. We ate at Amazon Grill because it was really hot outside, plus Kean got really irritated. We just ordered another set of meal for Mama. Pardon me for saying this but please be watchful on the utensils inside Amazon Grill. I found cockroach feet on the spoons. Yikes!
Some TIPS if you’re bringing a baby:
- Bring stroller or just rent one inside. Baby carrier is also a must.
- Don’t forget to bring extra clothes since EK is an open area, the weather is really annoying. The best enemy is sweat.
- Bring rechargeable fan if you have any. There are places inside EK that are air- conditioned but it cannot relieved the hotness of summer.
- Don’t forget their food, milk, and toys, wipes, diapers, (or whole house)!
It was enjoyable day. Although the weather really sucks, we did have fun with the family day. Thanks to my husband for bringing us here again. Sorry for being so corny on not riding extreme rides. Hope you understand! 😀
